Academic
Advancing each student academically according to their ability is our goal. All teaching and learning happen ‘by design’ and are founded upon our Christian worldview.
Students enjoy a rich diversity of support and extension opportunities across the subject areas. All students are placed in challenging, yet achievable settings to help them stretch and grow.
External competitions are also available to students on an invitational basis, across a variety of subjects.
Sports
A Citipointe education supports the whole child—mind, body and spirit—within an encouraging Christian environment.
That means we place a high priority on helping all students to be active and healthy, as well as supporting outstanding athletes to excel.
In addition to a wide variety of elective sports, Citipointe has three focus sports: basketball, volleyball and soccer.
These are accompanied by our three annual sports carnivals—cross-country, swimming and athletics.
Arts
Music, dance, drama and art are offered to all Secondary students. They can be involved in a diverse range of bands and ensembles.
Performances are held throughout the year at various competitions and College events. Students also have access to individual tuition for a variety of instruments, including voice.
Our enrichment program, NOVA Arts is an auditioned program for performing arts students. A three-year program for Years 10 to 12, students finish with an ATAR and school certificates across specialist extension areas of the performing arts that are not available to the general student population in Australia.
