Complete and submit your online application. You’ll need to supply a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport and pay an application fee of $132.
If you’re entering Year 1 or above, you’ll also need to supply the last two school reports, NAPLAN reports, and any other assessment or guidance reports with your application.
We’ll assess your application against our criteria. These might include your family association with the College, your personal faith and active church involvement, your child’s academic and behavioural record, and your date of application. We may ask you to submit further documentation relating to your child’s education.
If a place is available and your application continues, we’ll arrange a formal interview for you and your child with our Principal and the Registrar in the year prior to your enrolment.
If a place is available and your application is successful, within a month after your interview, you will receive our letter of offer, which will include our enrolment contract. If you choose to accept our offer, sign and return the contract with the $200 acceptance fee.
When we received your signed contract of enrolment and acceptance fee, your child’s place at Citipointe is secured.
At this stage of the enrolment process, we will undertake entry testing for your child; the results will enable us to accommodate the individual strengths, abilities and needs of your child and will be used to decide on class placement, subject choices and sports or arts interests. Testing will be held one morning at the College, prior to your child’s commencement at t the College.
We will contact you about commencement dates, orientation days and any other information you need for your child to begin their education at Citipointe.
